Welcome to Apex Prime Cleaning Co. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Apex Prime Cleaning Co. provides commercial and residential cleaning services in the Edmonton metropolitan area and surrounding communities in Alberta, Canada. Services include but are not limited to: condo and apartment common area cleaning, dental and medical office cleaning, business office cleaning, residential cleaning, and specialty property cleaning.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be removed.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Quotes and Pricing
- Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are not binding until confirmed by our team.
- Final pricing may be adjusted after a property walkthrough or assessment.
- Recurring service contracts are subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement provided at the time of booking.
- Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include GST unless stated otherwise.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
- Bookings are confirmed once accepted by our team and a schedule is agreed upon.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified as soon as possible.
- Repeated no-access situations (locked doors, no entry codes provided) may result in a service charge.
5. Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of service or as outlined in your service agreement.
- We accept payment via credit card (Stripe) and PayPal.
- Recurring contracts are billed monthly. Invoices are sent by email.
- Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
- We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances exceeding 30 days.
6. Access and Property
- You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property for cleaning.
- Any access codes, keys, or fobs provided are kept securely and used only for scheduled services.
- You are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items before the cleaning visit.
- Please inform us of any hazards, pets, alarm systems, or special access instructions.
7. Quality and Satisfaction
- We strive to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services.
- If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean at no additional charge.
- Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of the service visit.
8. Liability
- We carry commercial general liability insurance for our cleaning operations.
- Our liability for any damage caused during cleaning is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to a maximum of $1,000 CAD per incident.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by defective surfaces or materials.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, logos, images, and software, is the property of Apex Prime Cleaning Co. and is protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a recurring service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may immediately terminate services if you breach these terms, engage in abusive behaviour toward our staff, or fail to make payment after reasonable notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform.
